VITA VACUMAT^® New Generation

This modular firing system comprises the VITA VACUMAT 6000 M premium firing unit for all dental ceramic firings and three selectable control units (vPad easy, vPad comfort, vPad excellence) for various requirements permitting the control of up to four furnaces via one keyboard as well as a range of extras. With the VITA VACUMAT New Generation the user decides only for the modules that he really requires, and can inexpensively add further components to the system at any time as required, from furnaces through control units up to accessories.

VITA INCERAMAT 3 T

The VITA INCERAMAT 3 T is a fully automatic, microprocessor-controlled special furnace for the fabrication of highly stable all-ceramic frameworks following the VITA In-Ceram technique. Its field of application is atmospheric long-term sintering firings for the fabrication of VITA In-Ceram frameworks.
Its touchscreen makes it particularly user-friendly. Its appearance corresponds to the elegant design of the successful VITA VACUMAT ceramic furnace series so that the coexistence of different VITA furnaces fits in harmonically into the laboratory furniture.

VITA ZYrcomat^®T

The VITA ZYrcomat T is a high-temperature sintering furnace especially developed for the framework ceramics VITA In-Ceram AL and YZ. Its field of application is atmospheric long-term sintering firings for frameworks made from zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide.
The VITA ZYrcomat is the high-temperature furnace for the dense sintering of the frameworks from VITA In-Ceram AL and VITA In-Ceram YZ blocks. The pre-installed program ensures a safe and user-friendly handling. In addition, 50 other freely selectable firing programs are available. Furnace and controlling unit can be separately placed.
The reliable electronics provides for a precise program control while simultaneously displaying the remaining process time.

VITASONIC II

The VITASONIC II is a special high-frequency ultrasonic device for the VITA In-Ceram slip technique in order to mix the VITA In-Ceram slip. It is part of the VITA In-Ceram initial equipment. Moreover, the VITASONIC II can also be used as a ultrasonic cleaning device. The built-in timer enables short or continuous operation.
